Hide recent items under feeds#101

“I’m ambivalent towards displaying 3 most recent posts of a feed in the Feeds page. On one hand I can start using it as a newsboard, especially if the inbuilt AI filters out posts that I actually want to see. On the other hand, it makes feed curation a bit tougher as the page is longer. Therefore, I believe there should be a user setting to control whether to display the most recent posts per feed.” - @linhns
