Interest audit#114

Came across this section in the newly published docs (screenshot). It made me think “hm are my topics too broad”? Would be cool if Scour could use my response data (link clicks, reactions, other specific topics that are adjacent) to audit and suggest narrowing down my research topics.

Using the docs example: “you added an interest in ‘machine learning’ but mostly reacted/responded to articles about ‘attention mechanisms in NLP’, would you like to narrow down the subject to that (or add it additionally)?”

Mm that’s an interesting one. Scour will use that type of response data to suggest new interests. It doesn’t specifically try to narrow them down, though that might be more useful once #26 is implemented. Right now, it’ll try to steer clear of existing interests, just to avoid suggesting too many that are too similar.
