Search for latest talk or papers by people#165

Is it possible to search for recent talks or writing by people? For example if I watned to follow Jeff Deans latest talks

Ideally I have a list of people I want to follow on what they publish on the internet

That isn’t possible right now but it’s a good idea! Thank you for the suggestion!

Is this project open source? I don’t mind contributing and bringing this idea into product faster - really need to track people that I want to listen on certain topics

Unfortunately not, but I appreciate the enthusiasm!

One thing you could try in the meantime is adding specific peoples’ names as interests in Scour. That will help find posts that mention them

Alright, this has partially been implemented. You can now follow people, which will show anything that person publishes across any source that Scour pulls posts from. And, you can search for sources including people, websites, and feeds on the search page.

Thanks for the suggestion!
