Hi Evan,
I publish 情報の灯台 (Joho no Todai), a Japanese-language technology news site with editorial summaries and source links.
Website: https://joho-todai.com/
RSS: https://joho-todai.com/rss/
Before adding the feed, could you confirm whether this type of source is eligible for free ongoing RSS collection and discovery or feed recommendations?
Your bot documentation describes fetching full article pages. Could you clarify how that text is stored and displayed, and whether RSS headlines, short excerpts and links back to our articles can be used while preserving our existing content rights, without an additional grant of full-text republication rights?
Please clarify the applicable conditions before adding the feed.
Thank you,
情報の灯台 (Joho no Todai)

You’re very welcome to add that type of source to Scour!
The default experience is that when one of the articles appears on Scour, clicking on the title brings the reader to the publishers website. If Scour has the full text stored, users also have the option to read the article on Scour. If you don’t want people to have that option, I can make sure it doesn’t apply to your content. It’ll just store the title and summary that appear in the feed.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
