Delete button UX#36

This is purely a UI/UX thing, but it isn’t immediately clear that this on/off switch is meant to remove the feed. In my head, it’s more of an enable/disable kind of thing, and it took me a moment to realize it actually removes when you turn it off and refresh the page. It would probably be more intuitive to have a delete button with a confirmation dialog.

Good point! I replaced the switches with + / x buttons
