Ability to block links from certain sources#61

Title. Would really appreciate the ability to filter out links from any given website (e.g. dev.to)- could alternatively write a uBlock Origin filter for this, but would then have to deal with partially syncing cfgs between platforms & potentially fixing the filter after frontend updates
