Follow content of others#79

I would like to be able to discover Scourers with cool interests and follow the content they see. Obviously it should be opt in to make your content public, or selectively make interests public.

That’s already possible! You can visit the Browse Users page and see what topics other users are interested in. If you click on someone else’s page, there’s an option to subscribe to it as a feed.

Currently, all user pages are public and there’s an open issue to add the option to make pages private.
